GoldGullak is a white-label gold savings platform (customer app, store portal and admin console) operated by Netset Software ("GoldGullak", "we", "us"). Jewellery businesses ("Partner Stores") use GoldGullak to offer gold savings to their own customers.
For visitors to this website and for jeweller enquiries, we are the data controller. For end-customer data processed inside a Partner Store's app, the Partner Store decides why the data is collected and we process it on their behalf.
2. Information we collect
Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:
- Contact details you submit through our forms, such as name, email address, phone number, business name and message.
- Account and KYC details for app users, such as name, mobile number, email, address and identity documents required by the gold custodian or applicable law.
- Transaction data, such as gold purchases, savings plans, balances, redemptions and payment status. Card or bank credentials are handled by the payment gateway, not stored by us.
- Device and usage data, such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed and app diagnostics, collected through logs and analytics.
3. How we use information
We use personal information to:
- Respond to enquiries and provide demos, onboarding and support.
- Operate the platform: create accounts, process gold purchases and redemptions, and reconcile with custodians and payment providers.
- Verify identity and prevent fraud, misuse and money-laundering.

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above, including to satisfy legal, accounting and regulatory retention requirements. Enquiry data is generally deleted when no longer needed for follow-up.
