1. Acceptance of terms

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the GoldGullak website and platform, operated by Netset Software ("GoldGullak", "we", "us"). By accessing or using them you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. The service

GoldGullak provides white-label software, including a customer app, store portal and admin console, that lets jewellery businesses ("Partner Stores") offer gold savings and redemption to their customers. Gold pricing, purchase, custody and settlement are provided by the Partner Store and/or its external custodian or gold infrastructure provider, not by GoldGullak, unless expressly agreed in writing.

3. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter a contract. You must provide accurate information, complete any required KYC, keep your credentials confidential and are responsible for activity under your account.

4. Gold purchases and rates

Gold rates shown are indicative, change frequently and may include a Partner Store margin, taxes and charges. A purchase is confirmed only when the order is accepted and the grams are reflected in your balance. Returns on gold are not guaranteed and its value can fall as well as rise.

5. Redemption

Held gold may be redeemed towards jewellery at the Partner Store's counter, subject to identity verification, the store's redemption rules, making charges, taxes and any lock-in or minimum-holding periods that apply to your plan.

6. Payments and fees

Payments are processed by third-party payment gateways and are subject to their terms. Applicable fees, taxes and charges are shown before you confirm a transaction. Refunds, where available, follow the Partner Store's policy and the payment provider's timelines.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for unlawful purposes, fraud or money-laundering.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access, disrupt, scrape or reverse-engineer the platform.
• Provide false identity or payment information.
• Misrepresent your affiliation with GoldGullak or any Partner Store.

8. Intellectual property

The GoldGullak software, name, logo and website content are owned by us or our licensors. Partner Store branding belongs to the respective store. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service as intended; no other rights are granted.

9. Third-party services

The service relies on third parties such as custodians, payment gateways and verification providers. We are not responsible for their acts, omissions or availability.

10. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not provide investment, financial or tax advice. To the extent permitted by law, GoldGullak is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, or losses arising from market movements, third-party failures or events beyond our reasonable control. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, in the 12 months before the claim.

11. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms, if required by law, or to protect the platform and other users. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will do so.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at our registered place of business have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.

13. Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
